Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, and you keep it — including every update we make afterwards.
Does buying this get me a job?
No. We're a training company. We teach you how the hiring works and help you build what it asks for — the application is still yours to make, through the cruise line or its authorised hiring partner.
Will you take a percentage of my shipboard pay?
Never. We're not an agent. This is the only payment you'll ever make to us, and once you're on a ship your wages are entirely yours.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Because it's a digital product you can download and keep the moment you pay, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds on any package. If you're not sure yet, take the free hiring kit instead — it's there so you can see how we teach before you spend anything.
Can I pay in instalments?
On the Suite package, yes — email info@cruisedjs.com and we'll split it over three months.
