We sell training, not employment. We are not an agent and not a recruiter. No package includes a job, an introduction, or a guaranteed audition with any cruise line, and no package ever entitles us to a share of what you earn on board. If anyone tells you they can sell you a contract, walk away.

How do I get the course after paying?
You'll get an email with your login within a few minutes of checkout. If it hasn't arrived in ten, email info@cruisedjs.com and we'll sort it out by hand.
Do you take a cut of my pay once I'm hired?
No. This is a one-time fee for the training and nothing else. Unlike an agent, we take no percentage of your shipboard wages — not on your first contract and not on any contract after it. Once you've paid, we're done taking your money.
Are sales final?
Yes. You download it the moment you pay, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds on any package. The free hiring kit exists so you can see how we teach before you spend a thing.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes on the Suite — email info@cruisedjs.com and we'll set it up over three months.
I'm outside the US. Does any of this still apply?
Most of it, yes — cruise lines hire internationally and crew come from everywhere. Visa and document requirements differ by nationality, so Port 06 shows you how to find the rules that apply to your passport rather than giving one answer that only fits Americans.
Do you update it?
Yes, and updates are free once you've bought. Hiring practices shift, lines launch new ships, and we add to the workbook as they do.
